Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and of any other norm that may apply, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you (the User) that personal data, provided with User’s consent, will be processed by the VINIoT Project MEMBERS, established in Rua Lope Gómez de Marzoa s/n Campus Vida 15705, Santiago de Compostela, as responsible of the data treatment. The personal data will be processed for the purposes of cooperation and participation in projects of different entities and new partners’ incorporation in these projects.
The data could be transferred to third parties of the Regional Digital Innovations Hub and to other entities that collaborate in results dissemination activities and related to the purposes before mentioned. In general, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to meet the before mentioned purposes or as long as the deletion of the data is not requested by the User. When data stops to be necessary, it will be suppressed by adopting all the security measure that guarantees the pseudonymisation or full deletion.
The User guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and is responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of breach of such obligation. The User has the right to claim authority for an inadequate data treatment, as well as exercise his/her rights of withdrawal of consent, access, rectification, cancellation, limitation in the treatment, opposition and portability of the data for which the User must direct a communication to feuga@feuga.es / Rúa Lope Gómez de Marzoa s/n Campus Vida 15705 Santiago de Compostela, attaching a copy of the document proving the User identity, and specifying the right or rights that the User wish to exercise.
