You can attach .doc, .docx, .odt, .pdf, .txt, .png, .jpeg and .jpg archives of 3072KB maximum only in the replies of your ticket.
To do so:
- For non-registered:
- Click “View Ticket” in the submission confirmation e-mail
- Scroll down and reply a message. On the bottom you can upload your attachment.
- For Helpdesk users:
- Log in
- In the dashboard, click “My tickets” and choose the one you want to attach your files.
- Scroll down and reply a message. On the bottom you can upload your attachment.
