How to attach files in my ticket?

You can attach .doc, .docx, .odt, .pdf, .txt, .png, .jpeg and .jpg archives of 3072KB maximum only in the replies of your ticket.

To do so:

  1. For non-registered:
    1. Click “View Ticket” in the submission confirmation e-mail
    2. Scroll down and reply a message. On the bottom you can upload your attachment.
  2. For Helpdesk users:
    1. Log in
    2. In the dashboard, click “My tickets” and choose the one you want to attach your files.
    3. Scroll down and reply a message. On the bottom you can upload your attachment.
