How to ask for information?

The VINIoT Helpdesk is the digital space where you can ask for any kind of information about VINIoT project and services offered on the VINIoT HUB.

The Helpdesk system works with tickets. A ticket is an online consult you make to VINIoT support agents.

A ticket requires filling out fields like: e-mail, full name, area of interest, help topics , priority, subject and issue summary.
After sending the ticket, you will receive a submission confirmation e-mail of the ticket and you Will be inform with any upgrades of your ticket.
