How to submit a ticket if I am non-registered?

If you are non-registered you can also submit a ticket through Helpdesk. Just go to http://viniot.eu/helpdesk/and select Submit Ticket.

Fill out the fields and remember that those with * mark are mandatory.

Solve the captcha and click “Submit Ticket”. Please, write a numerical solution of the captcha.

You will receive a submission confirmation e-mail of the ticket.
