How to check my ticket status if I am a Helpdesk user?
You have two options:
Click “View Ticket” in the submission confirmation e-mail that you received when you submitted the ticket.
Log in
with your account.
Click “Ticket Status”, write your e-mail and the ticket ID (you can find it in the submission confirmation e-mail or by clicking “My Tickets” from the dashboard).
Click “My tickets” and pick the one you are looking for. Click and check the status on the right side of the screen.
