What services are available in the Helpdesk?

VINIoT Helpdesk offers you the possibility to contact VINIoT support agents to ask information about VINIoT Interreg SUDOE project and also about any service offered within the VINIoT HUB.

In general, you can:

  • Contact with agents of different areas of interest.
  • Ask any doubts about VINIoT project.

There are 5 types of services available within the VINIoT HUB:

  • Info: select “Info” as an area of interest and “General” as service/topic if you have any general doubt. If you don’t know which category you should select, you also can send us a general info ticket.
  • Service HUB-Support is a service which offers specific support for the implementation of the VINIoT service. The Service HUB-Support can help you with any doubts or support you would need for nine help topics. You can read more information about by clicking any of the topics.
  • Service HUB-Connect offers information exchange and synergies creation. This service can help you with any doubts or interest in information exchange about technological surveillance. This service has a special condition: is provided only in France for southwestern companies.
  • Service HUB-Training offers training for SMEs and experts for the implementation of VINIoT service.
  • Service HUB-Promotion offers you information about vineyard and demofarms visits, workshops and all dissemination activities.
